- Connect the XTOOL device to the PC via USB, computer can not be Apple laptop.
- Open TeamViewer on your laptop and tell us the ID and password

Question 1: I've just updated my xtool ez400 pro bmw software but after update it can't load only white screen.
Question 2. My x100pad is not working. After updating, it is continued showing XTOOL, please help us.
Solultion: After your XTool scanner can’t start normally after updating, You must flash the device to make the tool work again
Question 3.After the X100PAD boot selection function, it stays on the loading page. help!
