With the IP508 I was able to view live data and also record the events as they happened. This allowed me to share not just freeze frame data but also the recorded video with other mechanics for their thoughts.
Once connected to your WiFi, the unit receives constant updates. Ferrari, Hummer,Benz, BMW are some of the brands covered by this tool. There are vehicles covered I will probably never work on but its nice to know they are supported in this tool.
